About the Author

Yoshay Lama Lindblom hails from Kurseong, a small town perched on the foothills of the Himalayas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master of Arts degree in English Language Teaching. Her writing often reflects her deep connection to her Himalayan roots, blending local folklore with contemporary themes. In addition to The Way We Are, she has authored Béyul Hidden Lands, a retelling of "Beauty and the Beast" using ancient Himalayan myths and folklore surrounding the yeti.
