What kinds of books can I request?
You can request any title not currently in our catalog—fiction, non-fiction, academic texts, out-of-print or rare editions, foreign-language titles, maps, souvenirs, and more.
How long will it take once I submit the request form?
Once you submit the form, our team will contact you with the book’s availability and pricing. After your confirmation, which requires prepayment, it typically takes 3–5 weeks for the book to arrive.
Are there any extra charges?
Very rarely, a small handling or shipping fee may apply—mainly for international or specialty books not available from our exclusive distributor.
Otherwise, no fee is charged, and all costs are shown upfront before you confirm your order.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, full prepayment is required. Since we’re ordering a single copy just for you, the request becomes final and cannot be cancelled once placed.
Can I request out-of-stock titles?
Please don’t use the request form for out-of-stock titles. Instead, set a product reminder from the product page—you’ll get an email once it’s restocked. These titles, especially Indian editions, usually come through our regular supply. Importing them separately can be costly, as most of our imports come from the US or UK via exclusive distributors.
We also don’t fulfill requests for books from Amazon India, or other retailers due to quality concerns and delivery issues.
