    1. Make your request

      Find your edition or add its details. Request several books together, even from different publishers.

    2. Get a clear quote

      We check availability and share the edition and landed price. You decide whether to go ahead.

      Usually within 2–7 days

    3. Make room on your shelf

      Approve and pay, then follow your request here. Collect in Thamel or arrange delivery when it arrives.

      Usually 5–8 weeks after payment

    Arrival times are estimates. Shipping and customs can add time. Courier delivery within Nepal is charged separately; collection is free.

    Fiction, art, academic titles, books in other languages and special editions. We can’t promise every book, but we’ll tell you what’s possible.

    How much does a request cost?

    Making a request is free. If we find the book, we quote its full landed price before you commit. Special import orders are paid in full after you approve the quote.
    What if the book is out of print?

    We can look, but availability is less certain. Share the title and any edition details you have. We will tell you what we can find.
    What if the book is already on your website?

    If it is in stock, order from its product page. If it is out of stock, use Notify me when available there. Contact us if you need it by a particular date or are looking for a different edition.
    Can I request several books?

    Yes. Add multiple books to the same request and we will quote them together. They can be from different authors and publishers.
    What if my book arrives damaged or does not arrive?

    We offer a full refund if a book is damaged in transit or does not reach us. The same refund applies if it has not reached our shop within 12 weeks of payment. Contact us with a photograph for a damaged book.
    How will I hear from you?
