Remote Customer Messaging Executive
Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Messaging Executive to manage our digital communications. This position serves as the primary point of contact for our customers, managing inquiries across social media platforms and email. The role requires a professional capable of delivering immediate, high-quality responses to maintain our standard of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and Respond: actively manage incoming messages on all social media channels and email accounts.
  • Immediate Response: Ensure a strict response time of 1–3 minutes for all incoming queries to guarantee customer engagement.
  • Ticket Management: Create support tickets for inquiries and document customer needs accurately.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate them to the relevant internal department immediately.
  • Bilingual Communication: Draft clear, professional responses in both Nepali and English.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote, part-time position. It requires a single, dedicated individual to manage the daily volume of communication efficiently from their own location.

Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written command of both Nepali and English.
  • Responsiveness: Proven ability to monitor notifications and type rapidly to meet the 1–3 minute response target.
  • Technical Setup: Must possess a reliable high-speed internet connection and a functional workstation.
  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain a courteous and helpful tone under all circumstances.
  • Self-Discipline: High level of personal accountability to manage message flow without direct supervision.
Compensation

Monthly salary and specific terms will be discussed during the interview process.
