This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping charges, estimated delivery times, and procedures for domestic and international orders. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping processes.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Sunday to Friday) within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for deliveries within Nepal are fixed, regardless of order weight:

  • Kathmandu Valley: NPR 120 per order

  • Major Cities (e.g., Pokhara, Biratnagar, Butwal): NPR 170 per order

  • Other Locations in Nepal: NPR 220 per order

3. International Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated based on the order’s weight and destination country. After determining the courier rate, we will provide you with the shipping cost for review before finalizing your order.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Kathmandu Valley: Next business day after processing (excluding Saturdays).

  • Major Cities (Outside Kathmandu Valley): Next business day after processing.

  • Other Locations in Nepal: 2–4 business days after processing.

  • International Shipments: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance. Estimated times will be provided at checkout.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier availability, or remote location accessibility.

5. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s status and location during transit.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt to contact you. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply if the issue is due to an incorrect address provided by you.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Due to the nature of books, we do not offer returns. However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong book due to courier mishandling or our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a complimentary replacement. Contact us at:
