Our trusted delivery partner across Nepal. Inside the Kathmandu Valley, orders arrive the next day after dispatch. Nearby towns and the major cities usually arrive next day as well. Everywhere else takes 1 to 4 days, depending on the road and the weather.

Some addresses sit a long way from the nearest branch. For those the courier asks for a small extra amount on top of the standard rate, added to your order and shown in your confirmation email. That amount is set by the courier. Every delivery is to your door: you never collect from a branch.

    Tell us within 48 hours of delivery

    Something arrived wrong? Don't worry. We check every book by hand before it leaves our store, but a parcel can still get damaged on the way, or a wrong title can slip through. When that happens, send a short video or a few photos to contact@biblionepal.com with your order number, and we take it from there.

      Film the parcel as you open it, with the box and the label in the shot. That one video is usually all we need.

    2. Option 2

      Snap a few photos.

      Take clear photos of the book, the box, and the label. That works just as well.

    3. Resolution

      Replacement or refund.

      When the fault is ours, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. In stock? A fresh copy ships the next day, free. Out of stock? We collect the book and refund you in full. No forms, no questions.
