Every order outside Nepal ships with DHL Express. Delivery takes 3 to 6 days depending on the destination, and as international freight rates keep changing, we always confirm the cost with you before shipping.
This delivery rate shown below is flat and does not depend on weight. It is set by Nepal Can Move, our trusted courier partner, and we have no control over it as it is completely their rate.
Something arrived wrong? Don't worry. We check every book by hand before it leaves our store, but a parcel can still get damaged on the way, or a wrong title can slip through. When that happens, send a short video or a few photos to contact@biblionepal.com with your order number, and we take it from there.
Film the parcel as you open it, with the box and the label in the shot. That one video is usually all we need.
