    DHL Express rates for overseas orders are based on the weight and dimensions of your books, plus destination surcharges — these factors fluctuate daily. We always confirm the exact shipping cost with you before dispatch, and we’ll let you know right away if anything changes.

      You order.

      Pay via eSewa, Khalti, FonePay, or Cash on Delivery. An email confirmation lands in your inbox within a minute of placing your order.

      We confirm (first-time COD only).

      First Cash on Delivery order? We call once to verify your address and delivery details. Paid online, or ordered COD before? We go straight to packing — no call needed.

      We pack and dispatch.

      Order before 2 PM and we dispatch the same day. After 2 PM, it goes out the next morning. Every order is inspected and packed before it leaves our hands.

      Inside Valley — choose instant delivery (1–2 hrs, 9 AM–8 PM) or free pickup from our Thamel store. Outside Valley — handed directly to your NCM branch courier. Overseas — handed to DHL Express for international dispatch.

      Your books travel.

      Inside Valley — delivered next day. Outside Valley — NCM serves 561 branches across Nepal; most areas 1–3 days, remote wards up to 7 days. Overseas — DHL Express delivers to most countries in 3–5 business days.

      Festivals, national holidays, bad weather, or route disruptions can add 1–3 days to any zone. If your order is delayed, your courier will message you directly.

      You track and receive.

      We email your tracking number the moment your order is dispatched. Inside Valley (instant delivery) — your rider contacts you directly with an ETA. Outside Valley (NCM) — NCM sends an SMS when your parcel arrives at your nearest branch. Overseas (DHL) — DHL emails a live tracking link so you can follow every checkpoint.

    We check each copy before we pack it. So our policy can be honest and short — we only ask you to return what we genuinely got wrong.

    The book arrived damaged, or it’s not what you ordered.

    If the cover is torn, pages are water-damaged, or we sent you the wrong title — that’s completely on us. Send a photo and your order number. We’ll ship a replacement the very next day, or refund you in full. No forms, no waiting, no questions about why.

    We’re a small team in Thamel, and we can’t take back books that arrived exactly as ordered. Before you place your order, please double-check the title, author, and edition — we include edition details on every listing. Not sure? Message us first and we’ll help you pick the right one.

    Something arrived wrong? Here’s what to do.

    Within 48 hours of delivery
    1. Film the unboxing before you open it.

      Start recording before you cut the tape — a single continuous video of the box, the label, the opening, and every book inside. This one step resolves almost every case without any back and forth.

    2. Take clear photos of whatever’s wrong.

      Close-ups of the torn cover, stain, bent corner, or wrong title. Also photograph the outside of the box and the shipping label.

    3. Reach out — we’re easy to find.

      Email contact@biblionepal.com with your order number and the photos. Prefer to talk to a real person? Call us any day between 9 AM and 8 PM — numbers are just below.

    4. We sort it out — no paperwork.

      If we have the title in stock, a fresh copy goes out the very next day at no charge. If it’s out of stock, we refund you in full within 3–5 days. You won’t need to fill in a single form.
