About the Authors
Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche is a Tibetan Buddhist master of the Karma Kagyu and Nyingma lineages. Recognized as a meditation prodigy from a young age, he began teaching internationally in his teens and is the founder of the Tergar Meditation Community. Known for his joyful and humble presence, Mingyur Rinpoche combines deep spiritual insight with a strong interest in neuroscience and psychology.
