Terms and Conditions

1. Book Requests:
- Customers can request books that are not available on our website.
- Book requests are subject to availability from our suppliers.
- We reserve the right to decline any book request.

2. Payment:
- Full payment is required upon placing the order.
- Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Importing:
- Customers may need to pay extra for expedited import.
- Expedited import may take 5-8 weeks.

- Normal import may take upto 12 weeks.

- We cannot guarantee the availability of the requested book until the order is confirmed by our suppliers.

4. Cancellation:
- Book requests cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
- No refunds will be issued for canceled requests.

5. Delivery:
- Customers will be notified once the requested book is ready for delivery.
- Delivery times may vary based on the availability of the book.

6. Other Conditions:
- We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
- By placing a book request, customers-"you" agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
