Charles Spencer tells the story of his sister Diana and their life together. It begins with him sharing his grief at her death in Westminster Abbey in September 1997. Nearly thirty years later, he looks back at their childhood as inseparable siblings who called each other Duch and Carlos. It follows Diana's marriage to the Prince of Wales, her global fame, her work for marginalized people, and her love for her sons. It also covers the press pursuit, her isolation, and Charles's efforts to support her until August 1997.
