How we handle birthday data

Document processing Processed in real-time to extract name and date of birth only, then immediately discarded. No copies are stored at any point.
What we store Only name, date of birth, email, and phone: the minimum to identify you on your birthday. No document number, address, or photo.
Data encryption All personal information is encrypted with AES-256 before storage and transmitted over TLS. Protected in transit and at rest.
